Customer Returns and Refund Policy
All E-products sold by shanacoder.com are fully tested before delivery. These software codes are re-tested and checked for quality assurance before every upload and order. We also provide 180 days (6 months) of free worldwide support for executing on every E-Product system sold by shanacoder.com. Shanacoder.com is not liable in case of payment failure. We don’t have any refund policy. As we are selling an e-product, not a real physical product, e-products cannot be returned by the customer. We advise all our customers to view the full video demo of the e-product before placing an order. Due to this, we do not accept returns on any order, hence we don’t have any refund policies (No refund). However, software systems are not subject to cancellation/refund after source code delivery unless the software provided is not as described. All software has a demo video with a detailed explanation about the code and features. Shanacoder.com also provides long and short descriptions about the E-Product on the cart page. Customers are requested and advised to read all software features and terms and conditions on shanacoder.com or contact our customer support for clarifications. These Conditions and the documents referred to in them set out the entire agreement between the customers and shanacoder.com. Any prior written or oral agreement between them relating to the subject matter of the Contract is superseded, and the Purchaser acknowledges that in entering into the Contract, they have not relied on any representation not expressly set out in the Contract. When you purchase a subscription, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details, you promise that you are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details.
If we do not receive payment authorization or if any authorization is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to your subscription. In suspicious circumstances, we may contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities or other appropriate third parties. If you are entitled to a refund under these terms and conditions, we will credit that refund to the card or other payment method you used to submit payment, unless it has expired, in which case we will contact you. Shanacoder.com will use the services of quality third-party payment service providers to process your payment. Payment options are primarily through debit card, credit card, net banking transfer, wallet payments, and more. Shanacoder.com may offer other payment mechanisms from time to time.
